Lead Business Analyst

Role: Lead Business Analyst Location : Cary, NC Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities: • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. • Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications. • Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members. • Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency. Skill Requirements: • Power BI (mandatory) • Advanced Excel / data modeling • Security KPIs understanding • Data storytelling • Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, or R. • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. • Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like scrum or kanban. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals. • Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach. • Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
