Position Overview
SRFed is seeking an Associate Consultant / Business Analyst to support federal logistics and industrial capability initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about improving supply chain performance in defense environments. This role is a great opportunity for professionals with early-career experience looking to advance in supply chain management and federal consulting.
Responsibilities
Support supply chain and industrial capability analyses for defense logistics programs.
Collect, clean, and interpret operational data to identify process inefficiencies and performance trends.
Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS Office tools, including Excel and Access.
Collaborate with federal and contractor teams to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
Assist in developing recommendations and actionable insights for program improvement.
Maintain compliance with project documentation standards and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
Information Assurance Certification: Level II IT Certification
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
Preferred experience supporting the DLA Industrial Capability Program
Preferred 2 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain management
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including MS Access
Certifications: Preferred coursework or certification in:
APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society)
Project Management Certification
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Key Competencies
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting
Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
