Lead Business Analyst

Position Overview SRFed is seeking an Associate Consultant / Business Analyst to support federal logistics and industrial capability initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about improving supply chain performance in defense environments. This role is a great opportunity for professionals with early-career experience looking to advance in supply chain management and federal consulting. Responsibilities Support supply chain and industrial capability analyses for defense logistics programs. Collect, clean, and interpret operational data to identify process inefficiencies and performance trends. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS Office tools, including Excel and Access. Collaborate with federal and contractor teams to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy. Assist in developing recommendations and actionable insights for program improvement. Maintain compliance with project documentation standards and security protocols.
