Key Responsibilities
β’ Deploy, configure, administer and maintain the Ivanti platform (modules such as ITSM, ITAM/Asset Management, UEM/Endpoint Management, Patch Management)
β’ Design and implement workflows, business rules, dashboards and reports within Ivanti to support service-management operations
β’ Provide first- and second-line support for incidents, service-requests and change-requests raised via Ivanti; ensure SLA targets are met
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Application teams) to integrate Ivanti with other systems (e.g., CMDB, Active Directory, ticketing tools)
β’ Monitor system health, perform regular maintenance tasks (patches, upgrades, housekeeping) and ensure data integrity & security in the Ivanti environment
β’ Provide training and documentation to IT staff and end-users on Ivanti processes and features
β’ Analyse metrics and KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in service delivery via Ivanti
β’ Support major incident, problem and change management processes leveraging Ivanti capabilities
β’ Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ITIL practices, audit requirements) in how Ivanti is used
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ Proven experience (e.g., 2-5 years) administering Ivanti or a similar enterprise ITSM / endpoint management toolset
β’ Strong knowledge of IT service-management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog) and ideally ITIL certified / familiar
β’ Good understanding of endpoint management practices: patching, configuration management, software deployment, UEM concepts
β’ Solid scripting / automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc) and experience integrating systems via APIs or using web services would be a plus
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret metrics and drive improvements
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working with global teams and stakeholders
β’ Flexible to work in support/maintenance windows if needed (especially for upgrades/patching)
Preferred / Advantageous
β’ Experience with Ivanti modules such as Service Manager, Endpoint Manager, Asset Manager, Patch for Windows/Mac/Linux
β’ Familiarity with CMDB, configuration management, hardware/software asset lifecycle management
β’ Knowledge of security-compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and how endpoint/asset management supports them
β’ Experience working in a global-ESM (Enterprise Service Management) environment
β’ Previous exposure to cloud-based deployment of Ivanti or hybrid-on-prem architectures
