Description:
General Summary
Under the direction of a senior analyst, supervisor, or manager, you will support the workstream lead in guiding a team of analysts, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and collecting, processing, mapping, and analyzing data to support accurate data migration and implementation activities for an enterprise lifecycle management system.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data transformation requirements between current and future-state systems and verify data loads to ensure accuracy and successful implementation. Responsibilities include data cleansing, maintenance of data objects and attributes, and collaboration with business users to implement updates in accordance with established business processes.
You will review system requirements and business processes, support software solution implementation, and operate with a high degree of independence and judgment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a business-focused mindset.
Primary Responsibilities
• Support project and workstream leads for Bills of Material (BOMs), parts, and associated documentation.
• Assist the workstream lead with communication and coordination activities across the analyst team.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics where appropriate.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for analysis and visualization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and data initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to stakeholders by helping interpret data and supporting informed decision-making.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business goals.
• Perform validation and verification activities for multiple data migration and loading cycles.
• Support data cleanup efforts by gathering requirements and working with IT teams to maintain and update enterprise system data through established processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support enterprise systems and processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency where appropriate.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support critical business decisions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating analysts.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise lifecycle management systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working within enterprise collaboration and data management environments.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and task management abilities.
