Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Lead Data Analyst/Power BI Analyst to join their team. As a Lead Data Analyst/Power BI Analyst, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lead Data Analyst/Power BI Analyst
Location:Houston, Texas (On-site required; Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr
What's the Job?
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Integrate AI models and machine learning outputs into BI solutions to enhance insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to optimize data strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting platforms while translating business requirements into technical specifications.
What's Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as Azure ML, Python, or R.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cloud platforms like Azure.
