• 10+ years of strong experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Development, or Analytics Delivery.
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale end-to-end data platform implementation projects from design through deployment.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Apache Spark, Scala, and SQL in enterprise-grade environments.
• Extensive experience working with Azure Synapse Analytics; exposure to Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Metadata-Driven Architecture, and Modern Data Platform Design.
• Experience building scalable and reusable data frameworks and enterprise data solutions.
