Role description
Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Warehousing • Strong expertise in SQL Server and complex SQL development • Hands-on experience with SSIS and on-prem ETL pipelines • Proven experience designing and supporting data marts and data warehouses • Experience supporting operational data integrations and enterprise reporting • Familiarity with Git-based version control • Ability to work across multiple business domains in parallel • Strong communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Azure DevOps experience • Exposure to Azure services (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, Blob Storage) • Healthcare data experience (HEDIS, payer data, clinical data) • Experience contributing to cloud migration or modernization efforts Why This Role • Enterprise-wide impact across finance, healthcare, HR, and operations • Senior-level ownership without people management overhead • Exposure to both operational and analytics-focused data engineering • Opportunity to help shape future Azure cloud strategy
