• Create customer-readable reports using advanced visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and similar platforms.
• Obtain and ingest new reference data sources required to deliver on business needs.
• Communicate results and make recommendations using data visualization and executive presentations.
• Create analyses and dashboards that are usable, elegant, and industry-leading.
• Serve as a technical mentor for junior analysts; contribute to standards and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
• Demonstrated in-depth ability to analyze, interpret, and present data.
• Mastery of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles.
• Mastery of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• In-depth proficiency in design and implementation within data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all organizational levels.
Experience & Education
• 7+ years of experience working within a data platform or data analysis environment.
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing products/services environment.
