Title: Lead Data Management Analyst
Locations: Columbus, OH
Duration: 5 months
Work Engagement: W2
Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engagements
• May present findings and strategy leadership
• Creating reports and performing complex analysis in order to reshape and examine digital requirements
• Establish and oversee data ownership, stewardship, accountability, and governance operating models across multiple data domains.
• Drive enterprise adoption of data management practices including data quality, metadata management, lineage, data controls, and critical data element management.
• Chair or facilitate governance forums and domain councils to resolve data-related risks, issues, priorities, and strategic decisions.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory, policy, and governance requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise on data governance, data management, and enterprise data strategy initiatives.
• Influence enterprise-wide decisions regarding data standards, quality expectations, metadata requirements, and governance controls.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-related risks, opportunities, and governance priorities.
• Promote a culture of data accountability, quality, transparency, and responsible data management across the organization.
• Ensure governance requirements are embedded within Agile delivery processes, product development lifecycles, and change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and adoption of emerging governance capabilities.
Qualifications:

• Strong Knowledge of Data Strategy with a proven track record of success
• Experience with Data modeling, data domains, data governance experience
• Ability to identify needs, create and define customized reports as needed
• Ability to perform complex analysis to examine digital requirements
