Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities • Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to derive insights from complex datasets. • Develop and implement data modeling and visualization strategies to enhance decision-making processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing algorithms and pipelines. • Conduct end-to-end testing of algorithms and work closely with the MLOps team for deployment. • Gather and preprocess data to ensure quality and relevance for analysis. • Communicate data-driven stories effectively to stakeholders to influence strategic decisions. Skills • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for statistical analysis and machine learning. • Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization techniques. • Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to measure impact and convey insights through storytelling. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with recommender system frameworks and customer sequence modeling. • Experience in hyperparameter tuning and building offline models. • Knowledge of real-time data processing and online inference paths. • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
