Job Description: Need 15+ years of experience Job Title: Lead Data Scientist (Only locals) Location: Los Angeles, California, US Position: Onsite Long term contract Experience: β€’ More years of related professional experience. β€’ Hands-on experience in analytics and data science (classification/regression, unsupervised learning, time-series/sequence models, NLP, Explainability methods, deep learning). β€’ Solid proficiency in data science tools such as Python, R, Spark, SQL. β€’ Experience implementing predictive algorithms and statistical analysis/inference in workflows using structured and unstructured data. β€’ Ability to communicate highly technical results to diverse audiences. β€’ Comfortable working as part of a team and taking initiative. β€’ High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S. β€’ Proven experience translating complex analyses into actionable insights. β€’ Ability to break down complex or unclear problems into data-driven hypotheses. β€’ Technical Skills: β€’ Python: End-to-End Data Workflows is strongly preferred β€’ Experience working with large language models (LLMs) β€’ CI/CD and Infrastructure as code – experience with Docker β€’ Author and maintain Github, Node.js experience, React, Terraform, Database skills. β€’ Familiarity with AWS services: AWS Bedrock is strongly preferred β€’ DynamoDB, S3. Fargate/serverless computing. β€’ Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate between technical and business objectives, and deliver solutions that align with strategic goals.. β€’ Ability to craft compelling narratives using visuals and clear written summaries. β€’ Prior experience in healthcare preferably in healthcare sales.
