Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Lead Data Scientist. The Lead Data Scientist will design and implement data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and processing large datasets, developing predictive and descriptive models, creating impactful data visualizations, and interpreting results to inform decision-making. The role will also involve applying statistical methods and data analytics to uncover trends and patterns, enabling data-driven strategies for business success. Qualifications β€’ Strong expertise in Data Science techniques and methodologies β€’ Experience with Statistics and proficiency in applying statistical methods β€’ Proficiency in AI/MI β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking β€’ Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks is an advantage β€’ Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ideal profile is someone who thinks end-to-end: from data sourcing and engineering to model deployment and continuous improvement. Experience applying these capabilities within the HR domainβ€”such as talent analytics, attrition modeling, or workforce planningβ€”will be a strong advantage.
