Tech Lead/Lead Developer - Agentic AI Remote opportunity 15+ Years of experience Need only (W2) Blend of technical leadership (lead a team of 4-5 developers) who is also hands-on and can act as an individual contributor. 3 rounds of interviews (2 technical and 1 leadership). Technical round will involve scenario-based questions and live coding exercises, as well as in in-depth resume review. Urgent need - willing to hire next week. Must be available to start within 2 weeks of selection. Must be able to demonstrate real-time agentic AI implementation experience, have a bit of DevOps knowledge, and have designed LLM-based applications. Long-term position (at least 2 years). Just released 2 resources from his team after 4 months because they were not able to perform. Will work with 2 other tech leads to make life easier for Product Owners and make sure products are being delivered on time. They do not want a pure DevOps resource or a pure Data Science resource. They need someone with GENUINE experience in AI implementation. Must have full life cycle experience in complete AIDLC and working on developing multi-agent bots. They do not want resources who are dependent on Claude. Must be able to develop without Claude. They are designing an AI-powered engine that will help to figure out commercial strategies - where rent is fluctuating, where to expand business, helping the marketing team to understand competitors and where they are expanding, suggesting potential strategies competitors might be using. AI/ML Technical Depth | Cloud AI Platforms Detailed Information: Programming & Integration Python (primary) — FastAPI, Flask JavaScript/TypeScript for AI-frontend integration API development for AI services + webhook management Postman for API testing Data Layer: Infra & Deployment Git, Docker, Kubernetes Experience deploying across dev/staging/production environments Performance tuning/monitoring of models in production Shift: M-F, shift is as early as possible to have overlap with India and the UK Interviews: virtual interviews Location: Remote resource - working EST hours is required.
