Role: Lead Software Engineer
Location: O'Fallon, MO (Onsite) – Local candidates preferred
Location Requirement
Only candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance of O'Fallon, MO will be considered, as this position requires regular onsite attendance.
Experience
• Targeting candidates with 10–12 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application development initiatives and mentoring technical teams.
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Extensive experience developing Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Dataverse and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven track record designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
• Strong UX/UI design skills with the ability to create intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
• Experience modernizing, optimizing, and refactoring existing applications to improve performance, maintainability, and user experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and development of production-grade automated workflows.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint, Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and system integrations.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable workflow automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Power Platform solutions that support product launch operations.
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end process for introducing and launching new products across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Ensure applications, integrations, and workflows are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive solution design decisions, architecture discussions, and implementation strategies to support long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.
