Role description
Job Title: Lead Reporting Analyst
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support portfolio reporting, performance tracking, value realization, and operational governance across a growing digital customer experience portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who can transform complex data into executive-ready insights that improve visibility, strengthen execution, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
β’ Consolidate status, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives into clear portfolio reporting.
β’ Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, portfolio summaries, and leadership updates.
β’ Track KPIs, OKRs, performance metrics, and value realization across digital initiatives.
β’ Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, coordinate reporting cycles, and support operational governance.
Must Have
β’ 5+ years of experience in program analysis, business operations, portfolio management, reporting, or a related field.
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including dashboards, pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
β’ Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive performance reporting.
β’ Proficiency with Power BI and SQL for reporting, automation, and data analysis.
β’ Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
β’ Experience supporting digital transformation or digital customer experience portfolios.
β’ Experience working with Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Experience with portfolio governance, executive reporting, and value realization tracking.
β’ Experience tracking KPIs, OKRs, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
β’ Experience creating executive-level presentations and leadership updates.
