Lead Selenium Python Automation Specialist

Hello All, Greetings from tesslogs, We are seeking a highly skilled SDET Lead with strong expertise in Python and Selenium who can independently design, develop, and implement automation frameworks from scratch. Location: Raleigh, NC, USA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Client: Infosys & End client : First Citizens Bank Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Key Responsibilities: • Design and build end-to-end automation frameworks using Python and Selenium. • Develop and maintain robust UI and functional automation suites. • Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation within the CI/CD pipeline. • Identify automation opportunities and optimize existing test processes. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously enhance automation scripts and frameworks. • Lead and guide a small QA/automation team in project delivery. Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience in Test Automation, with at least 3+ years as an SDET Lead. • Expert-level proficiency in Python programming and Selenium WebDriver. • Strong hands-on experience in building automation frameworks from scratch. • Good understanding of OOPs concepts, PyTest, unittest, and BDD frameworks. • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent). • Solid knowledge of SQL, version control (Git), and API testing using tools like Postman or Python requests library. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
