• Translate complex business processes and data workflows into intuitive user experiences by creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs that improve usability, user adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Design stewardship-specific workflows for review queues, exception resolution, approvals, match/merge decisions, audit history, bulk updates, and AI-assisted recommendations.
• Design and deliver large-scale data-intensive user experiences with advanced grids, bulk-edit workflows, search, filtering, saved views, and analytical interaction patterns.
• Partner directly with data stewards and business users through discovery sessions, workflow observation, usability testing, and prototype validation to ensure the UI reflects real stewardship needs.
• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive enterprise web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular Material, following modern front-end engineering best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Design, build, and maintain reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems to ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability across the TrueData platform.
• Create metadata-driven or configuration-driven UI patterns that allow Product, Vendor, Client, and future domains to share a common framework while supporting domain-specific workflows.
• Develop and integrate OData v4 and REST APIs to support secure, high-performance data retrieval, filtering, sorting, paging, and CRUD operations while collaborating with backend teams to optimize API performance and integration.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to define requirements, refine user stories, and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions using Agile development methodologies.
• Optimize application performance, security, and usability through responsive design, efficient state management, lazy loading, code splitting, accessibility compliance, and front-end performance best practices.
• Implement front-end observability, telemetry, adoption analytics, error tracking, and performance monitoring to measure usability, reliability, and steward productivity over time.
• Incorporate secure enterprise application patterns including role-based access control, attribute-based access controls, auditability, and traceability of stewardship decisions.
• Establish front-end architecture, coding standards, and DevOps best practices by participating in code reviews, implementing automated unit and end-to-end testing using frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright, and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Design AI-assisted user experiences that include confidence scoring, explainable recommendations, human-in-the-loop workflows, feedback loops, and governance controls while keeping business users in control of stewardship decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship by promoting engineering best practices, fostering collaboration, guiding developers, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, high-quality, and maintainable enterprise applications.
