Role description
Overview The Learning Measurement & Analytics role within the Enablement & Analytics (E&A) team is a critical contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide Learning & Development (L&D) evaluation and assessment solutions. This role ensures that L&D programs across the organization are assessed through scalable, high-quality methodologies that meet regulatory requirements and internal standards. Beyond compliance, the team delivers actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and elevate the quality and effectiveness of strategic learning initiatives. Leveraging advanced analytics, AI tools, and programming languages such as Python and R, this role provides rigorous evaluation frameworks tailored to both enterprise-wide and business-critical programs. Role and Responsibilities Enterprise Learning Evaluation • Lead the development and implementation of scalable, enterprise-wide evaluation and learning assessment systems that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold high-quality standards. • Design and deliver advanced, customized analytics solutions for strategically critical L&D initiatives, creating tailored evaluation frameworks that add measurable value beyond compliance. Research & Analytics • Apply rigorous research design and statistical methodologies to evaluate learning outcomes and measure the success of training interventions in diverse and complex organizational contexts. • Utilize AI tools and programming (Python/R) to build automated, scalable evaluation models that enhance analytical rigor, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement processes. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Collaborate closely with compliance teams, business stakeholders, and L&D leaders to align evaluation initiatives with organizational priorities and regulatory frameworks. • Clearly communicate complex analytical findings and strategic insights to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to influence decision-making processes. • Lead and manage priorities within cross-functional teams, supporting both enterprise scalability and business-specific customization of learning assessment solutions. Continuous Improvement & Data Governance • Drive continuous improvement efforts by translating evaluation data into actionable recommendations that enhance program quality and learner experience. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance in all evaluation practices according to organizational and regulatory standards. Baseline Expectations / Requirements Core Skills & Experience • Demonstrated client service mindset with the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic environment. • Proven success and professional experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide learning assessment systems aligned with regulatory and quality standards, especially within professional services or similarly critical organizational environments. • Expertise in designing and executing research methodologies and statistical analyses relevant to L&D evaluation. Technical Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and strong programming skills in Python and/or R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, automation, and integration with AI tools. • Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in advanced learning analytics. Compliance & Communication • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to learning assessment and evaluation frameworks. • Experience collaborating with compliance and business partners to ensure evaluation strategies meet overarching organizational goals. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholders. Additional Qualifications • Experience managing analytics projects or small teams is desirable. • High school diploma required.
