Learning Technology & AI Solutions Consultant | Global Enterprise Organization We’re looking for a Learning Technology & AI Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor and subject‑matter expert across learning technologies, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions. This role focuses on optimizing enterprise learning platforms, driving scalable and data‑informed learning solutions, and enhancing the overall learner experience through the thoughtful use of technology and AI. What You’ll Do: • Provide strategic oversight and guidance on learning tools and platforms, including LMS, LXP, LRS, and authoring technologies • Evaluate platform performance, adoption, and data quality to drive continuous improvement across the learning ecosystem • Assess, select, and manage learning technology vendors while influencing platform roadmaps and enhancements • Establish responsible AI guardrails, ensuring data privacy, bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance standards are met • Partner consultatively with Learning Enablement, Learning Consultants, Sales Enablement, and Leadership Development teams • Recommend technology and AI approaches based on business needs, learner context, and solution scope—not trends alone • Develop standards, documentation, and enablement resources to support effective and consistent technology use • Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to learning technologies in alignment with enterprise risk and compliance policies What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in learning technology, information systems, or a related field • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise learning platforms and learning technology strategy • Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP ecosystems, learning standards (SCORM, xAPI), and learning analytics • Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing learning technologies, including AI‑enabled tools • Ability to translate learning and business needs into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions • Experience with platforms such as Workday or Cornerstone, Degreed or EdCast, LRS tools, and authoring solutions like Articulate or Rise • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and business leaders • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices • Spanish language fluency is a plus, but not required 📍Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) 💵Pay Rate: $46 - $48/hr If you have an interest in the Onsite – Learning Consultant, please apply now!
