LIMS Developer

Our client, a leader in the healthcare and laboratory solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated Software Developer to join their innovative team. As a Software Developer, you will be an integral part of the Environmental Systems Support team, contributing to critical data cleansing and system setup projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Job Title: LIMS Developer Location: Remote What's the Job? • Set up and validate environment/database configurations required for data cleansing in Baxter DMZ. • Create and execute data filtration scripts to exclude specific data sets and enable continuous replication. • Analyze database structures and develop scripts for comprehensive data cleansing, including removal of sensitive information. • Draft and perform testing scripts to verify data integrity and system accuracy post-cleansing. • Prepare detailed documentation to facilitate system cloning and integration processes for Vantive. What's Needed? • Extensive experience with LIMS development, configuration, and deployment processes. • Strong proficiency in Labvantage LIMS version 8 or higher. • Advanced SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries in Oracle or MS SQL. • Technical expertise in Java modules, web services, Hibernate, and JMS frameworks. • Experience working with Java EE servers such as Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBoss, or IBM WebSphere.
