Role description
ROLE DESCRIPTION: --Design, configure, and maintain ThermoFisher Scientific SampleManager LIMS (version 12.3) solutions Customize workflows and integrate LIMS with enterprise systems Ensure compliance with laboratory and business processes Key Responsibilities Development & Customization Configure and customize SampleManager LIMS v12.3 modules, dashboards, and workflows Develop scripts and extensions using supported technologies (.NET, C#, SQL) Integration Implement and maintain integrations with ERP, MES, and other lab systems using web services (SOAP, XML, HTTP) Data Management Ensure accurate data migration and validation between Oracle/SQL databases Optimize queries and manage data flow for high-volume lab environments System Support Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for LIMS users Collaborate with QA and business teams for testing and deployment Documentation Prepare technical design documents and maintain compliance with internal standards Required Skills Strong knowledge of SampleManager LIMS v12.3 architecture (web client and database configurations) Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server Experience with web services integration (SOAP/XML) Familiarity with laboratory workflows and regulatory compliance (GxP) Ability to work in multi-site environments and manage complex data migration tasks
