LMS Data Analyst

LMS Data Analyst / Business Analyst Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst with experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) to help analyze training data, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, identifying inefficiencies, and partnering with stakeholders to improve LMS-related processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Analyze LMS data for accuracy and completeness, identifying trends and process improvements. • Gather and document business and technical requirements for reporting and system enhancements. • Create reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to support organizational insights. • Develop documentation and process flows using Visio. • Support LMS data integrations and reporting processes. Qualifications • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Strong data analysis and documentation skills. • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Visio. • Experience with Saba and/or Oracle LMS is a plus, as the organization is transitioning from Saba to Oracle.
