Role description
"All candidates must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontracted. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment". Job title: LMS Super Administrator Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Duration: 24 months Interviews: 2 Pay Rate : $40-47/Hr Job Description: This is not a content administrator role. It is a platform ownership role for someone who enjoys mastering complex systems, thinking architecturally, and helping an organization fully realize the value of its learning technology. Overview: • We are seeking a highly technical, fast‑learning LMS Administrator (Super Admin) to own and evolve our enterprise learning platform, Docebo. • This role is ideal for someone with a strong systems and platform background who can quickly ramp up on a modern LMS, rather than someone whose experience is limited to content or course administration. • The LMS Administrator will act as the technical owner of the platform—responsible for configuration, integrations, data flows, and platform optimization—while also serving as a strategic thought partner to HR and business stakeholders. • While direct Docebo experience is highly preferred, we recognize that deep technical capability, curiosity, and the ability to learn complex platforms quickly are more critical for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Platform Ownership & Technical Administration: • Serve as the primary technical administrator for the Docebo LMS, owning system configuration, architecture decisions, and ongoing optimization. • Configure and maintain complex LMS features including user provisioning, roles and permissions, learning plans, reporting, automation rules, and APIs. • Design, implement, and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., HRIS, content providers, identity management, analytics tools). • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and resolve complex technical problems independently. Systems Thinking & Continuous Improvement: • Evaluate platform capabilities, constraints, and tradeoffs; recommend scalable solutions that balance user experience, governance, and technical feasibility. • Monitor platform performance, data integrity, and reliability; proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities. • Stay current on Docebo’s product roadmap and releases; assess new features for technical fit, value, and implementation complexity. Enterprise Partnership & Governance: • Act as a technical advisor to HR, Learning, and business leaders on LMS capabilities, limitations, and best practices. • Partner with governance councils and executive sponsors to ensure platform decisions align with enterprise priorities, compliance requirements, and long‑term scalability. • Collaborate closely with Commercial and other learning teams while maintaining a strong enterprise perspective. User Experience Enablement: • Work closely with learning teams to translate business needs into technically sound LMS solutions. • Continuously improve learner and admin experience through thoughtful configuration, clean design patterns, and simplification of workflows. • Support reporting and analytics needs through advanced LMS reporting, data extraction, and analysis. Qualifications Required: • Strong technical background administering complex enterprise platforms (LMS, HR systems, SaaS platforms, or similar). • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and deeply, including understanding underlying architecture and configuration logic. • Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and troubleshooting technical issues. • Comfort working independently as the primary system owner, without reliance on other administrators for day‑to‑day decisions. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a bias toward root‑cause analysis. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Highly Preferred: • Experience administering Docebo or another modern enterprise LMS. • Experience supporting enterprise‑wide platforms in a global organization. • Familiarity with governance models, compliance requirements, and controlled change management. • Experience partnering with HR, L&D, or Commercial learning teams. Nice to Have: • UX/UI sensibility and experience improving digital user experiences through configuration rather than custom development. • Experience working with learning analytics, reporting, or data visualization. • Exposure to regulated or compliance‑driven environments.
