Role description

Role: Infrastructure Engineer OR Automation Engineer Load Balancing (Python / API) / Load Balancer Automation Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC / Columbus, OH / Dallas, TX (Need Local / Hybrid) Duration: 24-Month Contract Description : The key focus of the role is load balancer automation development. The engineer will be responsible for building automation and abstraction layers for load balancing infrastructure. Client is not looking for a DevOps candidate. The ideal candidate would be someone who previously worked as a network or load balancing engineer and later transitioned into software engineering or automation. Top priority skills include: Load balancing expertise Top Skill Python development API development Secondary / Supporting Skills Ansible (commonly used in load balancer automation environments) Containerization : Kubernetes / OpenShift (helpful but not critical). Anyone involved in modern development would have worked on containerization Manager emphasized that load balancing experience is the most critical skill, even more important than the programming language. - Thanks.
