Job Requisition- Senior Business Analyst – Loan Operations & API Integration (LoanIQ / AFS) Location: Iselin, NJ (3 Days Hybrid) Role Summar yWe are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in commercial lending operations with Syndicated loans (LoanIQ) and Bilateral Loans (AFS Vision) to support a strategic banking transformation initiative .The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in loan booking, closing, renewals, and operational workflows, combined with experience working on API integrations and business process transformation. This role requires someone who can work directly with Business Operations stakeholders, drive discussions, gather requirements proactively, and create high-quality business and functional documentation .We are specifically looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives forward, rather than someone who passively waits for direction .
