💼 Contract Opportunity (Extension Possible)
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Logistics BI Analyst III to support business improvement initiatives focused on Transportation Management Systems (TMS), SAP integrations, and commercial logistics operations.
Required Experience:
✅ 4+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
✅ Strong SAP/ERP experience
✅ Commercial logistics background
✅ Trucking experience is REQUIRED (Rail experience is a plus)
✅ End-to-end root cause analysis
✅ Data mapping & process improvement
✅ Business process analysis & documentation
✅ Strong Excel skills
✅ Familiarity with Power BI dashboards (using/interpreting, not building)
✅ SharePoint experience
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
📌 Important: This is a Commercial Logistics Business Analyst role—not an IT Business Analyst position.
🏢 Work Schedule:
• Onsite in Houston, TX, 5 days/week for the first 90 days
• Potential to transition to 1 day/week remote afterward
🎓 Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
