The Role: The Analytical Engine of Risk
As a Logistics Risk Analyst, you will serve as the strategic "nerve center" for our logistics operations. You won't just move data; you will transform it into a shield that protects our supply chain. This role focuses on the data-driven identification, analysis, and monitoring of risks—from service failures and delays to loss and damage. Your insights will directly influence management decisions and drive process improvements across the global organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Risk Pattern Detection: Analyze data from TMS, WMS, ERP, and claims systems to identify anomalies and emerging risk patterns.
• Dashboard Architecture: Develop and maintain high-visibility risk dashboards, KPIs, and early-warning indicators to keep leadership informed.
• Root Cause Analysis: Support deep-dive investigations into service failures or losses using quantitative evidence and data modeling.
• Reporting & Strategy: Prepare regular risk reports and ad-hoc analyses that translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with IT and Operations to improve data integrity, system integration, and audit compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and help implement process changes based on your data findings to maximize operational resilience.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in logistics analytics, operations analytics, or supply chain data analysis.
• Technical Power:
• Excel Expert: Mastery of Pivot Tables, Lookups, and complex data matching/comparison.
• BI & Data: Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Systems: Familiarity with TMS/WMS platforms and standard logistics performance metrics.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Korean is not a mandate but is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with global counterparts and HQ.
Core Competencies
• Precision: High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Communication: The ability to translate "data speak" into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured Analysis: A methodical approach to problem-solving and handling large, complex datasets.
