Client: Global leader in Technology/ Electronics
Duration: 12 months contract with HIGH chance for extension or direct employment
Work Location: Santa Ana, CA 92707 (Fully onsite)
Pay rate: $35-38.50/hr w2 + Benefits/PTO
Top Skills/experience
β’ Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics analytics, operations analytics, or supply chain data analysis.
β’ Excel (Pivot, Lookup, data matching & compare)
β’ Communication & Analysis
β’ SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) experience is strongly preferred.
β’ TMS, WMS, or ERP experience is strongly preferred.
β’ Bilingual Korean is not required but strongly preferred.
Summary
Logistics Risk Analyst focuses on data-driven identification, analysis, and monitoring of logistics risks. This role serves as the analytical engine of the logistics risk management function, transforming operational data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
β’ Analyze logistics data from TMS, WMS, ERP, and claims systems to identify risk patterns and anomalies.
β’ Develop and maintain logistics risk dashboards, KPIs, and early-warning indicators.
β’ Track trends in loss, damage, delay, and service failures.
β’ Support root cause analysis with quantitative evidence and data modeling.
β’ Prepare regular risk reports and ad-hoc analyses for management review.
β’ Partner with IT and operations teams to improve data quality and system integration.
β’ Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments with data analysis.
β’ Recommend process improvements based on data findings.
Skills/Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
β’ 2+ years of experience in logistics analytics, operations analytics, or supply chain data analysis.
β’ Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
β’ Familiarity with TMS/WMS and logistics performance metrics.
