We believe that a real estate agent or brokerβs time should be spent on high-level calls, in-person meetings, and on camera β not buried in admin work, emails, or data entry.
Everything else should be handled by AI.
Iβm looking for a technical partner who shares that vision β someone who wants to co-build a platform that uses AI to automate the business side of real estate so agents can focus on relationships, strategy, and deals.

This project is about reimagining how modern brokers and investors work.
Weβre building an AI-driven system that handles communication, organization, and research β replacing the busywork with intelligent automation.
Itβs part CRM, part assistant, part analyst β all powered by AI.
The goal: give every broker the leverage of a 10-person support team, with zero overhead.

β’ Experienced AI or full-stack developer (LLMs, automation, workflow tools, or SaaS)
β’ Has built integrations or apps around communication, CRMs, or data

β’ Comfortable working from concept β prototype β launch
