Role description
The M365/Power Platform Builder is responsible for building and scaling automation and application solutions that support the M365/AI initiatives. This role focuses on delivering business-driven workflows, custom applications, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. The engineer plays a critical role in enabling rapid solution development and embedding AI into day-to-day business processes.
This is 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
No H1B or 3rd party vendors.
OPT, CPT, and F1 will not be eligible.
Rate: $75-$90/hr
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows and RPA scenarios
• Build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to support business use cases
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365 services, data sources, and external systems
• Support AI-enabled workflows and automation patterns tied to Copilot and related capabilities
• Align all development with governance standards, including DLP policies and environment strategy
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed applications and automations
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem and data connectors
• Experience with governance frameworks, DLP, and environment management
• Familiarity with API integrations and automation patterns
