Position: AI/ML Engineer β AI Systems
Type: Contract (Full-time, Remote)

Role Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems with a focus on Large Language Models and RAG architectures.
β’ Build scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines using AWS infrastructure.
β’ Translate real-world ML workflows into structured AI training, evaluation, and deployment scenarios.
β’ Optimise models and data pipelines for robustness, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
β’ Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques into existing systems and frameworks.
β’ Review and validate AI-generated outputs, system behaviour, and model performance for reliability.
β’ Document architectures, code, and workflows with clarity for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and research objectives.
Requirements:
β’ Strong experience in Python for building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
β’ Deep understanding of Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
β’ Hands-on experience with AWS services for machine learning, data processing, and deployment.
β’ Strong system design skills with the ability to build scalable and maintainable ML architectures.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on real-world applicability.
β’ Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to technical accuracy.
β’ Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
