Position: AI/ML Engineer – AI Systems Type: Contract (Full-time, Remote) Compensation: Competitive (hourly / per task) Location: Remote Duration: Flexible, asynchronous Role Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems with a focus on Large Language Models and RAG architectures. • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines using AWS infrastructure. • Translate real-world ML workflows into structured AI training, evaluation, and deployment scenarios. • Optimise models and data pipelines for robustness, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency. • Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques into existing systems and frameworks. • Review and validate AI-generated outputs, system behaviour, and model performance for reliability. • Document architectures, code, and workflows with clarity for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and research objectives. Requirements: • Strong experience in Python for building and deploying AI/ML solutions. • Deep understanding of Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. • Hands-on experience with AWS services for machine learning, data processing, and deployment. • Strong system design skills with the ability to build scalable and maintainable ML architectures. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on real-world applicability. • Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to technical accuracy. • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
