Role description
We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our AI Platform team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling the core infrastructure and tools that power our AI and machine learning initiatives. You’ll work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to create a robust, scalable, and user-friendly platform that accelerates the development and deployment of AI solutions across the organization. Pay rate: $55-$60/hour C2C or W2 Key Responsibilities β€’ Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs to support AI/ML workflows. β€’ Build and maintain tools for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand AI use cases and translate them into platform capabilities. β€’ Ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and performant across a variety of workloads. β€’ Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines for AI services. β€’ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments. β€’ Stay current with emerging technologies in AI infrastructure, MLOps, and cloud-native development. Required: β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend or platform development. β€’ Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java. β€’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (e.g.,Docker, Kubernetes). β€’ Familiarity with machine learning workflows and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubeflow). β€’ Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture. β€’ MCP server configuration a plus β€’ Experience with SQL and big data technologies (Snowflake, DataBricks) Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
