About the Company MeeBoss is sharing this active opportunity on behalf of Kuddo Health, an AI-powered patient data analytics company for psychologists and psychiatrists. About the Role The role involves leading machine learning modeling work in collaboration with Stanford Medicine researchers. Responsibilities • Own the machine learning end-to-end process, translating clinical questions into computational problems. • Turn clinical fidelity rubrics into well-posed extraction and scoring problems. • Curate ground-truth data in collaboration with clinical reviewers. • Build evaluation frameworks against expert raters. • Fine-tune open-weight models as the dataset grows. Qualifications • Demonstrated ML and Deep Learning expertise, including training and fine-tuning. • Experience with data labeling and quality control. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reason through complex challenges. • A portfolio of shipped projects that demonstrates practical impact. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Machine Learning Specialist, Deep Learning Professional Certification, or AI Ethics Certification. • Proficiency in English.
