As a Machine Learning Engineer through Techamana, you'll develop and deploy machine learning models that solve complex problems. You'll work with data scientists to transform prototypes into production-ready systems that can scale. Responsibilities Build and deploy machine learning models into production environments Preprocess and perform feature engineering on large datasets Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed Integrate ML services with existing applications Monitor models for drift and automate retraining pipelines Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Requirements Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Knowledge of deploying models in production (Docker, Kubernetes, SageMaker) Understanding of ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) Familiarity with GPU acceleration and distributed training Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) Problem‑Solving & Communication Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into elegant solutions.
