Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid) Duration: 24 Months Employment Type: Contract Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning engineering, MLOps, and data pipeline development, with a proven ability to design, build, and optimize end-to-end machine learning solutions in a production environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our AI and ML systems across business applications. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and optimize complex data pipelines using machine learning engineering best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability. β€’ Develop and implement robust MLOps pipelines to support model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI/ML models in production. β€’ Integrate and maintain data and model pipelines, proactively diagnosing data quality issues and maintaining clear documentation. β€’ Collaborate closely with data scientists to validate model-ready datasets and ensure thorough and accurate feature documentation. β€’ Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data discovery on raw sources, applying business context to support model development. β€’ Track data lineage and perform root cause analysis during data exploration and issue resolution. β€’ Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into scalable analytical and ML-driven solutions. β€’ Develop and maintain model monitoring scripts, investigate production alerts, and coordinate timely issue resolution. Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). β€’ 7+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or data engineering. β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience building ETL and data pipelines using AWS services. β€’ Proven expertise in developing and implementing ML pipelines for deploying, monitoring, and managing models in production environments. β€’ Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas). β€’ Strong understanding of cloud technologies and AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker. β€’ Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, security, and version control (e.g., Git). β€’ In-depth understanding of the Machine Learning Development Lifecycle (MDLC) and AI engineering best practices. β€’ Experience designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines and solution architectures in production environments.
