Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python programming. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions that enhance and troubleshoot customer experiences across internet and product ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models focused on improving customer experience and support automation.
β’ Build and fine-tune LLMs for various use cases related to troubleshooting and knowledge automation.
β’ Integrate models with applications through APIs and optimize for scalability and performance.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver machine learning solutions.
β’ Continuously improve model accuracy, reliability, and interpretability using feedback loops and data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
β’ Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) β must have hands-on implementation experience.
β’ Proficiency in Python for model development and API integration.
β’ Strong understanding of data pipelines, model training, and deployment in production environments.
β’ Experience with cloud-based ML tools and frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience in customer service, support automation, or product troubleshooting AI solutions.
β’ Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
