Machine Learning Engineer

Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer Pittsburgh PA - Two PNC Plaza, Secondary: Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center Fully in office, 5 days per week for team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions into production Provide ongoing support and maintenance for models in production environments Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Align with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives Participate in release planning, coordination, and deployment support Ensure solutions meet model governance, risk management, and regulatory standards Required Skills Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI / LLM-based solutions Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle (design, development, orchestration, deployment) Experience working with: GPT models (5.x or similar) LangChain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) / RAGAS frameworks Experience implementing solutions with governance, compliance, and risk considerations Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have Background in financial services domain Experience with: Azure AI Search, AI Agent Services, Document Intelligence, Content Safety Microsoft Agent Framework / Foundry Redis, Elasticsearch Evaluation/monitoring tools like Arize, Deepeval Vector databases (ChromaDB) and orchestration tools (LangGraph) Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Education Bachelor’s degree required
