Role description
• MUST HAVE: Previous experience working with a ticketing system
• 5+ years experience with Python in production (data pipelines, ML models, APIs)
• Strong experience modern GenAI approaches (clustering, RAG, embeddings, semantic similarity) and LLM integration
• Strong background in clustering techniques and anomaly detection (unsupervised learning, pattern recognition in large-scale event data)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Kinesis, Lambda) and streaming data architectures
• Experience working with APIs and integrating systems (ideally across SaaS platforms and ITSM workflows like ServiceNow)
