Management Analyst Location: One Denver Federal Center, Bldg 48, Denver, Colorado, 80225: Hybrid environmentClearance: Ability to Obtain Public Trust ClearancePosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $125,000.00 - $130,000 Job SummaryWorld Services is seeking a Management Analyst for a federal client to support full life-cycle information technology services by aligning business goals with technical execution across HR applications and systems. The Management Analyst will be acting as a process and performance liaison, this role enables effective planning, coordination, and delivery of development, maintenance, and modernization activities. The analyst applies Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to improve transparency, efficiency, and quality across project teams while ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and IT standards. Key Responsibilities Applications and Systems Support Partner with technical leads to translate business requirements into system features and user stories for PHP, Java, SQL, and ColdFusion applications. Document and validate functional requirements for new and enhanced software components. Coordinate testing activities, track defect resolution, and verify acceptance criteria. Monitor metrics on code quality, system uptime, and release performance to inform management decisions. Project and Process Management Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking in coordination with the Project Manager. Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost tracking activities by analyzing labor data and performance indicators. Serve as Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer (RTE), facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining sprint and program increment cadence. Perform impact analyses for change requests and prepare documentation within change-management systems. Contribute to release management coordination and ensure compliance with configuration-control policies. Business Process and Documentation Support Map and streamline workflows supporting HRMSD operational requirements. Maintain digital repositories and version control for process and technical documentation. Prepare system process diagrams, user guides, training aids, and standard operating procedures. Ensure that documentation supports audit readiness and aligns with DOI and federal lifecycle management standards. Continuous Improvement and Governance Identify bottlenecks in development and operations and propose corrective actions to improve throughput and quality. Coordinate with configuration-management and system-administration teams to align performance and compliance objectives. Promote best practices for risk management, accessibility, and information-security compliance. Support the analysis of data and reporting metrics to demonstrate efficiency gains and return on investment. Required Qualifications Certification: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification. 5+ years of experience supporting Agile or SAFe software-development environments. Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, optimize processes, and coordinate cross-functional project activities. Experience with collaboration and IT service-management tools such as ServiceNow ITSM/SPM, Rally, or Jira. Knowledge of EVM principles, configuration-management processes, and federal IT lifecycle documentation standards. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills to facilitate coordination between technical and business stakeholders.
