Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Quality Analytics to support quality data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making across a regulated Quality organization. This role will be responsible for developing actionable insights, managing quality metrics programs, building executive-ready dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve quality processes and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI and Snowflake, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business and Quality stakeholders. A background in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, quality assurance, Veeva, or regulated GxP environments is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and complex datasets.
β’ Work with Snowflake data tables to extract, organize, model, and analyze quality-related data.
β’ Lead quality metrics reporting, analytics activities, and ongoing performance monitoring.
β’ Develop ad hoc reports, data models, dashboards, and analyses to support business and Quality requirements.
β’ Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities within complex data sets.
β’ Translate data findings into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
β’ Support descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics initiatives.
β’ Partner with Quality, business, and technical stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear analytical solutions.
β’ Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, professional, and business-focused manner.
β’ Support process improvement efforts through data analysis, metrics development, and reporting enhancements.
β’ Evaluate and recommend new methods or tools to improve quality analytics and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a scientific, technical, analytical, healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
β’ 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, quality analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data management.
β’ Prior experience managing projects, programs, analytics workstreams, or teams.
β’ Must have strong Power BI dashboard development experience.
β’ Must have experience working with Snowflake data tables.
β’ Strong understanding of quality data, metrics, reporting, and analytics.
β’ Ability to transform data into meaningful insights for decision-making.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
β’ Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
β’ Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience working in regulated environments or with Quality Management Systems is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industry experience.
β’ Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or GxP-related analytics experience.
β’ Experience with Veeva or other quality/document management systems.
β’ Familiarity with Python, R, SAS, SQL, and/or Alteryx.
β’ Experience with additional visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire.
β’ Experience developing integrated quality metrics across multiple functions, systems, or business areas.
β’ Knowledge of industry standards, quality trends, and best practices in regulated environments.
