Manhattan WMOS Business Analyst

Job Description: Require a Business Analyst to join the IT Global Operations team in Greencastle, PA. The resource will support Distribution, Warehouse and Logistics business functions and associated systems. This includes Level 2 support for systems like Manhattan WMOS (2010 & 2018), Enterprise E1 ERP System, SAP, BAAN, Precision/Trax-TMS, Machine Automation, and Transportation projects. The resource will also support project initiatives, reporting, and network upgrade related activities. Role Scope / Deliverables: • Gather requirements from stakeholders and business users. • Prepare BRD, FRD, and SRS documents. • Work as liaison between business and technical teams. • Design solutions based on business requirements. • Create process flows, data models, and system interface documents. • Coordinate with developers, architects, vendors, and internal teams. Support & Maintenance: • Provide production support and incident resolution. • Perform functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing. • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and maintain database scripts. • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance. Training & Documentation: • Conduct training sessions for users and technical teams. • Prepare user guides, technical documents, and training materials. Required Skills: • 3–5 years of experience as Business Analyst • Experience with Manhattan WMOS (2010 / 2018) • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle E1 / SAP / BAAN) • Strong SQL / PL-SQL / MS SQL Server knowledge • Experience with Integration technologies (XML / webMethods / Fusion Middleware) • Experience with reporting tools (IBM Cognos / Power BI preferred) • Knowledge of Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management systems • Experience with automation / conveyor / warehouse systems is a plus
