About the Opportunity We are an innovative company in the autonomous mobility and advanced manufacturing industry, and we are seeking a Manufacturing Data & AI Engineer to help build intelligent manufacturing systems and scalable data solutions that drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of manufacturing, data engineering, cloud technologies, and AI, enabling data-driven decision-making and next-generation manufacturing capabilities. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions. • Build and manage analytics-ready datasets to support manufacturing performance, quality, and operational reporting. • Integrate data from enterprise and manufacturing systems, including SAP HANA, SAP MES, production systems, and quality platforms. • Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Program Management, and IT teams to identify business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions. • Develop Python-based data processing workflows and write advanced SQL queries for complex data transformation and analysis. • Implement data quality, governance, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure reliable data assets. • Contribute to the evolution of manufacturing data architecture, enabling advanced analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. • 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related role with significant data engineering responsibilities. • Strong experience with: SQL, Python, ETL development, Data modeling, Enterprise data warehousing • Experience designing scalable data architectures and building analytics-ready datasets. • Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and modern data platforms. • Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and monitoring best practices. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SAP HANA, SAP MES, or other ERP/MES platforms. • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, supply chain, or similar operational environments. • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics applications. • AWS certifications (Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are a plus. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
