Role description
Job Description: • Vision & Technology project. • An ideal candidate should be experienced with machine learning and vision systems using PLC. • 5 years of experience in Machine Vision & Edge AI development. • Proficiency in Python and C++ Required Qualifications • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Vision and Edge AI development. • Strong experience developing machine learning applications for industrial or manufacturing environments. • Proficiency in Python and C++. • Experience integrating machine vision systems with PLC-controlled automation equipment. • Experience deploying production equipment in manufacturing environments. • Knowledge of PFMEA, Quality Control Plans, Process Validation, and manufacturing quality systems. • Strong understanding of: • Computer Vision • Deep Learning • Machine Learning • Image Processing • Industrial Vision Systems • Experience with high-speed inline inspection systems. • Knowledge of calibration methods, MSA, and quality-critical inspection systems. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver production-ready solutions within aggressive timelines.
