Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Market Analytics Specialist to join their team. As a Market Analytics Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Global Marketing and US Commercial teams, supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization. Job Title: Market Analytics Specialist Location: Lake Forest, IL What's the Job? โ€ข Validate, categorize, and analyze market, sales, and healthcare claims data to ensure accuracy and relevance. โ€ข Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly market and share tracking reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership. โ€ข Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel or PowerBI to streamline data visualization and reporting processes. โ€ข Assist in updating market forecast models and identify historical and future trends to support strategic planning. โ€ข Conduct primary and secondary research to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights, supporting market research projects and ad hoc analyses. What's Needed? โ€ข Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. โ€ข 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or market research. โ€ข Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including experience with Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation. โ€ข Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI. โ€ข Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
