Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics 📍 Location: McLean, VA (Preferred) or Dallas, TX 🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Monday–Friday) Are you passionate about turning marketing data into meaningful business insights? Our Client is looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join a high-impact team focused on measuring marketing performance and driving strategic decisions through advanced analytics. In this role, you'll work alongside marketing leaders, data scientists, and analytics professionals to support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives that influence marketing investments across the business. What You'll Do • Support end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects across multiple business regions. • Collect, validate, and manage large marketing datasets used for modeling and performance analysis. • Partner with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to interpret model results and uncover actionable insights. • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and SQL outputs. • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve modeling processes and efficiency. • Present insights and recommendations to marketing and business leadership. What We're Looking For • 2+ years of experience in: • Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) • Marketing Analytics • Quantitative Data Analysis • Marketing Strategy • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data transformation. • Experience writing SQL queries. • Familiarity with econometric or regression modeling techniques. • Experience managing analytics or marketing measurement projects. • Background in marketing, hospitality, retail, travel, or other consumer-focused industries.
