This is a 12-month contract working in Denver, CO (Onsite) offering a pay rate of $29 per hour based on skillset. Role Details • Compensation: Up to $29/hr W2 • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting. • Duration: 12-month contract • Location: Denver, CO (Onsite) What You’ll Be Doing • Responsible for supporting our contractor base on the commercial and industrial side. • Responsible for reporting in Salesforce CRM and other tools and managing intake forms for reporting requests. • You will complete an intake form to explain their request. This resource would be responsible for receiving the request, managing the flow and providing the data. Sometimes this involves working with the business for additional information to support the request. What We’re Looking For • Previous Salesforce/dashboard creation experience is helpful to have. • MUST be proficient with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts/graphs, formatting, etc. Power BI and Tableau experience would be preferred. Previous [data] analytics experience, including use of Einstein Analytics within Salesforce is preferred as well. • Must have strong proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. • 2-6 years of experience with a strong aptitude for reporting and data visualization is required. • Must possess a customer service mindset and be highly collaborative. • Possess a technical aptitude with, again, a background in analytics is a must. • A degree is not required; however, some type of business/marketing degree would be preferred. • SQL knowledge is not required, but this would be helpful.
