Role description
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
β’ 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.
β’ Hands-on experience with Power BI and Datorama, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation.
β’ Experience working with Salesforce CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities).
β’ Experience creating or managing Data Extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
β’ Strong SQL or data manipulation skills.
β’ Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience supporting enterprise marketing organizations or a Center of Excellence model.
β’ Familiarity with lead lifecycle reporting, funnel metrics, and campaign performance measurement.
β’ Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts such as unified profiles, calculated insights, or audience data (hands-on or analytical support).
β’ Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating them into a centralized reporting layer.
β’ Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or similar.
β’ Experience with data governance, metric standardization, or analytics documentation efforts.
