Role description
Required Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline. β€’ 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytics role. β€’ Hands-on experience with Power BI and Datorama, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation. β€’ Experience working with Salesforce CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities). β€’ Experience creating or managing Data Extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms. β€’ Strong SQL or data manipulation skills. β€’ Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience supporting enterprise marketing organizations or a Center of Excellence model. β€’ Familiarity with lead lifecycle reporting, funnel metrics, and campaign performance measurement. β€’ Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts such as unified profiles, calculated insights, or audience data (hands-on or analytical support). β€’ Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating them into a centralized reporting layer. β€’ Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or similar. β€’ Experience with data governance, metric standardization, or analytics documentation efforts.
