Key Role Responsibilities
• Analyse marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and forecasting models
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise campaign performance and revenue outcomes
• Conduct customer segmentation, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations
• Support decision-making through data storytelling and visualisation
Key Skills Required
• Proven experience in a Marketing Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar analytical role
• Advanced analytics skills (statistical analysis, predictive modelling, forecasting)
• Strong proficiency with data tools such as Excel (Essential), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
