Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Campaign Analyst to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role partners closely with marketing managers, analysts, data scientists, and external vendors to design targeted campaigns, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with marketing technologies, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign requirements and targeting strategies
• Develop audience segmentation and campaign models based on business objectives
• Plan, design, and execute multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns
• Manage and maintain campaign calendars and schedules
• Establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks prior to launch
• Monitor campaign performance and implement mid-campaign optimizations
• Analyze results and provide insights on ROI, customer lifetime value, and campaign effectiveness
• Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute campaigns
• Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support adoption and integration of new marketing and customer experience technologies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or related field
• Strong experience analyzing large datasets (structured and unstructured)
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as:
• Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint, or similar tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to convert data into actionable insights using reporting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, consensus-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL and Python
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with:
• Customer lifetime value (CLV) models
• Churn prediction models
• Next best action strategies
• Experience in large enterprise, agency, or “big brand” environments
