The Marketing Analyst – Direct Response Campaigns plays a key role in supporting the development, execution, and optimization of direct response marketing initiatives across direct mail, email, and SMS channels. This position supports Small, Medium, and Large Business Acquisition (ACQ) and Upgrade (UPG) efforts by ensuring campaigns are strategically sound, creatively effective, and flawlessly executed.
This role requires a blend of creative management, campaign operations, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is comfortable managing both creative and technical aspects of marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal marketing, offer management, brand governance, legal, and digital teams, as well as external agencies, to develop and execute integrated direct response campaigns.
• Contribute to the creative strategy, messaging, and production process for direct mail, email, and SMS campaigns to ensure creative integrity and alignment with brand standards.
• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including creative development, approvals, production proofs, and quality control.
• Support campaign implementation workstreams, including campaign operations, testing, and performance tracking.
• Translate marketing strategies into technical specifications and actionable plans that align with business goals.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues throughout the campaign lifecycle, assisting in root cause analysis and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate on reporting and analysis to assess campaign effectiveness, identify insights, and support optimization strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives that enhance marketing performance and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, direct response, or campaign operations, ideally within a large corporate or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing email and direct mail (EM/DM) production and creative workflows.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with marketing workflow tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, or SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a “go-getter” attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in direct response marketing, campaign analytics, or marketing automation systems.
• Understanding of creative production processes, data-driven marketing, and offer management.
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
